We bought 3 bikes for our kids and the customer service was great. The staff were very patient with our kids. The bikes have been use several times already and the kids love them. I would highly recommend locks to anyone looking for anything bike related. I can only thank them for their help.

Both Andy and Martin have worked on my bikes over the years and will try their very best to sort out any problems or queries.08/01/2018 Have purchased another bike recently from Locks, still superb service from all the staff there. If you're lucky Martin might sing for you too :)In addition to their in shop services, their group ride outs always provide fun and entertainment. If you can't make them, they also have some great leaflets of cycling routes on the counter.
