To say this place is poor just about does it justice. Prices are generally way over the top for written off vehicles, generally pushed up by overseas bidders who don't have the worry of paying tax and costs that we have in the UK. Then if you do buy something you have the inconvenience of wasting generally two to three hours of your life waiting around whilst you go through their totally inadequate pick up procedures. Unless that is you regularly buy form them and you can watch the same lorries come back and forward to pick up a dozen cars in the same time you wait to collect one. Occasional bargains, but few and far between for the inconvenience and the fact that they charge you a membership to have the privilege of buying from them. People need to remember there are plenty of places to buy cars sensibly priced and conveniently that don't have a write off category stamped on them. Customer service for today's market is appalling. Before writing this review I hadn't actually read any of the others, and I read copart sandwich kind reply. It is clear they have serious customer service and loading issues as it is the main complaint on all the reviews, so isn't it about time the management listen and do something about it. Everyone is clear not all the sites are run in this slap dash shoddy manner, so stop hiding behind the fact if you pay yet more money you get a booked slot. It is a quiet site compared to others, there were only five people collecting one car each the day I collected and I still waited over two hours. Drivers were on lunch at the same time was one excuse. Manage the site and the staff it can't take more than five minutes for a forklift to drive from one end to the other, its not like you're careful with the cars, so to my recogning you should have been able to deliver five cars with one driver in about 30mins. No??
Although most reviews are poor , my experience was very positive . Found the staff helpful and loading was fine with the vechicle very much as described . No issues here at all .
Bought nearly all my cars from here, loading times are slow but can't complain at the prices. Allowing other countries to bid on UK cars does bump the prices up though which is unfortunate for us. But its a business at the end of the day.

Bought a car not as described more parts were missing from the car then shown in photos and description the staff working thereTake parts out to sell elsewhere. Also car showed almost full tank of fuel When picked up reserve light was on suspect they taking fuel out is well, never again from this place.
