Gym staff very friendly and helpful if you ever need guidance in different exercises and are very reactive to the feedback you give on the gym lay out :D

Leave an hour before the closing time as they sometimes decide to close the gates before they should locking people in overnight. Rude staff, dont bother going here go to Sandwich Leisure Centre for a gym and sandwich tech for 3G football pitches
