The staff here make you feel very welcome, the drinks and food at this location are really good and feel like top quality ingredients

Beware!Stayed here a while back. We booked 3 rooms for a family event. The money was taken immediately which they were not entitled to do. We then needed to cancel one of the rooms in plenty of time and they never paid us back for that room. We have subsequently heard of this happening to another family. Certainly won't ever stay there again.
Staff very helpful and attentive. Food is excellent, no complaints on portion size, very tasty and presented to a high standard. Nice relaxed atmosphere, live acts are very accomplished and interact with audience.Accommodation is pleasant with tea and coffee in rooms, good size TV, excellent showers. Mattress hard and uncomfortable in room 12, ask when booking if this has been addressed.Would stay again but avoiding uncomfortable mattress.
My partner and I booked our wedding at the blazing donkey, over a year ago. From the moment we booked up until our wedding, the wedding planner and all staff were kind, friendly and willing to help with any problems that arose with our wedding. The food was great, and the hospitality was excellent. And to top all off, our wedding was the best we could of imagined and more. We would like to thank all staff at the blazing donkey for making our wedding and stay so special. We would highly recommend this venue for weddings, and short stays.
