Worst customer service I have ever had from a garage! I have been lied to and ignored so many times over the 8 months it has taken to get my car completed. Having to chase constantly as messages were never replied to. I was shouted at by the current owner on the phone for bugging him whilst I was concerned about my car. Ive had to threaten legal action several times quoting the law to get my car finished. I have ended up with a car of average quality.First time I picked it up I had it for less than 24 hours before I had to return it with a number of issues. If you are a Skyline or Supra owner have a look on the main forums for my full write up. I have now got it back and Im having more issues on items Hidden Performance have fitted which they are refusing to sort, I am yet again forced to seek legal action.Should anyone want to see the full correspondence between Hidden and myself please message me.
Best customer service i have ever gotten. I saw the car on Ebay and read the description about it. Spoke with Frazer and said that i would fly over from Denmark to see the car. Got picked up at the airport which saved me alot of time. When we got to the car it was exactly as described in the ad on Ebay. Realy a great place with some nice people who knows what they are doing. I will definitely use them in the future
