Sorted my car no problem
Very recently booked my car in for a full Gold service with them. Managed to squeeze me in at short notice yet they still delivered a fantastic service from the extremely friendly staff to the quality of work they did! Driving past and seeing their forecourt busy every day is an extremely good sign I think and proves they are a trustworthy garage hence why I went with them in the first place. Brilliant experience with them and will be using them in the future 100%. Thank you Robinsons!
Had timing belt, water pump and auxiliary belts done, drove vehicle home, loud squealing noise coming from power steering belt, contacted garage, said they can not do anything until after Easter,and there would be extra charges on top of what we had paid, they also said that the power steering belt is not available from there supplier,also said that the technician had checked the old belt which is 12 years old and in his opinion the belt was completely fine and nothing wrong with it, all other belts were changed which were also 12 years old, the exact age of the vehicle, I phoned a local supplier who said belt was available at 8.91+vat, and we had paid over 500 pounds to specifically have all the belts changed as they have never been done before and they assured us this would be done, this is the most expensive garage but we read the reviews and was willing to pay the extra to have a professional job done, not only this they have also caused damage to the radiator whilst carrying out this work I therefore would not recommend this garage under these circumstances to anyone who wants a professional job done I would go elsewhere.
