Had these guys give us a valuation in regards to putting our house on the market towards the end of last year and thought it was reasonable but ended up trying a different estate agent who had offices in London. We then had a look into a house buying company who asked colebrook and sturrock to give them a valuation. They proceeded to drop the value of our house by 205,000. Both valuations were carried out without visiting our home and conducted by the same person, Simon, who i believe is the branch manager/owner?So in my opinion not consistent at all or trustworthy in any way.This being said, i would really like to hear a response and how they justify there actions. So please get in touch!!
