We had booked a house in Orlando through Airbnb and they canceled on us without warning 2 weeks before our vacation. I think called Encore in a panic and spoke with Gaby and she was so nice, helpful and easy to talk to and put me to ease at once. We booked a beautiful house and our Christmas vacation was saved! Just made a booking for an Orlando villa for Aug 19. Was connected with a chap called Dan Pepin, cant say enough positives about Dans performance! His efficiency has been second to none, answers emails almost immediately, gave us so many options in terms of Villas.
