We happened to stumble across this restaurant on one of our regular bike rides to Sandwich..it happened to be a very windy Sunday so we decided to stop for lunch to refuel. We were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming..suggesting a place to park our bikes and opening the door so we could get quickly out of the wind.Food and wine both great. I am a flexitarian ..the owner suggested various vegetarian dishes or having the carvery without meat.. My husband loved 3 choices of meat ( mix and match) with copious amount of vegetables cooked to perfection! The chef was pleasant and very helpful creating a warm environment.Really impressed and will definitely return soon!

Came on a Thursday night! It was half price tapas so we sampled everything that took our fancy... amazing!! Best meal out we have had out in a long time. We will be back and on any night of the week, the food is delicious and well worth it even when it isn't an offer. Can't wait to tell our friends and family about this new find and looking forward to our next visit!
Very nice place. The food was good and fresh. Otherwise the service could be improved. I tried the cod which was tasty. The restaurant is close to the town entrance and you can go upstairs to have a view on the canal.
